PLEASE READ: At the request of the auction company, this auction permits bids to be placed by the auctioneer, an employee of the auctioneer, or the seller or an agent on the seller's behalf. While Proxibid's Unified User Agreement prohibits this behavior, in accordance with UCC 2-328, this auction is permitted to engage in this activity by providing this clear disclosure to you, the bidder.

Sales Tax : Sales tax will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on a variety of factors including: State, City & County jurisdiction requirements, shipping to address, shipping from address and category of item purchased

Payment Instructions: Buyers receive an invoice via email at the end of the auction with a "Pay Now" button to check out simply and securely via card using atgPay, the Proxibid payment system; a 3.75% + 0.25 processing fee will be charged for card purchases. Sales tax will be charged on purchases at check-out. If you are tax exempt and you are charged tax on your invoice, reach out to Proxibid via your account or email payments@proxibid.com to resolve the issue. An 15% Internet Premium will be added to the Hammer Price on invoices. Any shipping materials and common carrier costs for shipping arranged by the auction house will be charged to the buyer in a separate invoice, which is due immediately upon receipt. Shipments will be insured for the bid total and the cost will be included in the shipping fee invoice unless buyer requests in writing to waive the insurance. Auction house will charge a fee of 10% of the shipping charge, with a minimum of $5.00, as a handling fee. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Buyer's card on file will be automatically charged for the bid price within 24 hours if not already paid. Card payments require at least 24 hours to process and settle. No items will be released without a settled payment. Buyer is responsible for either pick-up of items or full payment of all shipping and handling costs.

Shipping Instructions: Items must be picked up on day of sale unless shipping is required. Purchases not picked up will be shipped at buyer's expense. Please contact the auction company for general shipping and handling information.

Checkout Date & Times: Invoices for winning bids will be issued once all lots have been closed. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Shipping will be billed to buyers and is due upon receipt of invoice.
