Payment Instructions: Payments are accepted day of the auction. Saturday and Sunday following the auction from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Monday following auction from 8:00am - 5:00pm. All purchases must be paid for with cash, credit/debit card, company check or wire transfer by 5PM on September 12, 2022. Proxibid will not charge your credit card at the time of purchase. You must contact Traditions Auction Company and pay directly before 5pm the Monday following the auction. If you do not pay by 5pm on Monday, Traditions Auction Company reserves the right to charge your credit card. Traditions Auction Company will take any measures possible to collect payment for all unpaid invoices.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. TAC does not make any shipping arrangements. Traditions Auction Company has an equipment auction the Friday after the Auto/ATV auction at the same location. Therefor no pick up is available on that day. Load out dates and times are as follows: Saturday September 10, 2022 8:00am - 12:00pm. Sunday September 11, 2022 8:00am - 12:00pm. Monday - Thursday September 12 - 15, 2022 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Preview Date & Times: Monday - Friday 8:00 to 5:00 Saturday 8:00 to 12:00
Checkout Date & Times: All items must be removed from lot within 7 days. After 7 days a $25.00 per day storage fee will be assessed. Items not removed within 30 days will be considered abandon and will become property of TAC.

TAC assumes NO responsibility for theft, fire, loss of equipment left in vehicle, or damage to property left at the auction site. TAC does not provide or carry insurance for any vehicles. TAC does not guarantee factory or dealer warranties. The Seller/Auction shall not be liable for any vehicle sale or repairs made by the Buyer before the title is received by the Buyer. Some items have a reserve price set by the seller unless otherwise announced. Reserve prices are private between the auction company and seller. Buyer acknowledges bidding is a legal binding contract between TAC and buyer. Buyers are responsible for following current bid and price auctioneer is offering and any announcements. 5% buyers premium. TAC accepts cash, cashier's checks, wire transfers and credit cards. (Credit cards carry an additional 4% convenience fee.) All titles will be mailed to buyers. Please be aware that if YOU BID, YOU BUY, YOU PAY. If you do not intend on paying for an item, please, DO NOT BID. TAC will pursue collections of unpaid transactions through any and all legal means necessary. This includes banning any party from future auctions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
