Payment Instructions: PAYMENT: Trice Auctions will process your credit card on file with Proxibid (Auction Payment Network) twice. Once for the hammer price and buyer's premium and a second time for shipping. If you do not have a credit card on file Trice Auctions will send you a PayPal invoice, if we have to send you a PayPal invoice you will be charged an another 3% as a service fee.

Shipping Instructions: All shipping and handling charges will be charged to the buyer. It may be charged as a separate transaction. Buyer will be charged actually shipping cost, packing material plus $3 handling charge. Shipping cost includes, cost of shipping service and any packaging supplies. On large items such as furniture, cars, trucks, motorcycles, farm equipment and anything over 150lbs is solely the buyers responsibly, however Trice Auctions will make all efforts to help in the shipping of these items. Shipping insurance MUST be purchased or Trice Auctions will not be responsible for lost or broken items during shipping.

ONLINE BUYERS PREMIUM: Any online, absentee, or phone bids are subject to 15% buyer, regardless if the item is picked up locally or shipped. Maryland Online Bidders are still subject to 6% sales tax. If for any reason a charge is denied, the Auction House will make one (1) attempt to contact the buyer to resolve the issue before ownership of the item goes back to the Auction House and a negative complaint is filed. SHIPPING: All shipping charges will be paid for by the buyer. Your items will be shipped within 5 days after full payment is made. BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Everything is sold 'AS IS'. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions about the goods, at least 24 hours before the start of the auction to insure a timely response. Buyer is responsible for the item when struck off to them. All sales are final and no item comes with a guarantee. Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions when approved for bidding. By entering the winning bid you are entering a legal binding contract with Trice Auctions to fully be charged for the amount of the winning bid amount, buyers premium, any taxes and shipping charges. Trice Auctions has the right to block/ban any bidder/bid at any time.
