We start the bidding at the higher of the Proxibid or absentee current bid unless a live bidder starts the bidding higher. From that point, if a live on-line bidder bids $450.00 (which is the next increment), your absentee high bid of $400.00 will not be successful, as we give priority to live bidders (in-person and live on Proxibid).
