If invoice is over $1,000 payment must be done by WIRE TRANSFER the next business day (Thursday). Buyer's Premium - 15%. Taxes will be included on the invoice. Other option is Certified check sent overnight mail. If picking up you may bring cash. Please let the auctioneer know your method of payment.

Driving Directions: Directions for pickup on Saturday August 10th- 9am - 1pm. From State Route 50 East from Parkersburg take the 2nd Murphytown Road exit (exit to right). Closest to the Ritchie County. Look for the Auction Pickup signs. From State Route 50 West - take 1st Murphytown Road Exit. Look for pickup signs. Turn left onto the gravel lane (several mailboxes by the lane). House will be on your right - look for signs.
