This one has a 426 Hemi V8 (425 hp) under the hood with a 4-speed manual transmission. Equipped with power steering, dual 4bbl carbs, and 3:54 positraction rear end. Please see the decode document from Galen Govier in the still photos in the listing. Chrome and brightwork looks good overall. Riding on chrome wheels with redline tires. White vinyl bucket seat interior (W trim code) with center console and shifter on the floor. 2+2 seating with foldable rear seats. Driver's seat showing very small imperfections otherwise seats in good shape. Black carpeting. Seatbelts intact up front. Aftermarket stereo was installed along the line and does work. This has approximately 200 miles on it since the engine and transmission were both rebuilt. Misc parts, booklets, placard, and other items will go along with the car for the next owner. A/C has been converted to r134a refrigerant and features Vintage Air controls. Chrome and bright work in good shape! Paint has a nice shine to it, having only a few touch up spots. Saddle colored vinyl bench seat interior with shifter on the column. Door panels and interior are in nice shape. Seat belts are intact. Matching vinyl saddle power convertible top with glass rear window. Newer top is in nice shape! Trunk floor is finished nicely. Riding on 17 inch chrome wheels by US MAGS. Steering wheel is wrapped in a protective pad and door sill plates have protective plastic still installed, showing pride of ownership. Wipers and convertible top are functioning as they should. The drivers side seal between the door glass and quarter window is missing. Recent service work includes: front end alignment, new rear brake shoes, new rear wheel bearings and seals, and a coolant change. Yellow and black vinyl bench seat interior with auto on the column. Power convertible top is black cloth with plastic rear window; top works as it should. Chrome and brightwork in decent shape front to back on this example. 368 ci V8 (285 hp, 401 lb/ft of torque) under the hood paired with a Lincoln Turbo Drive automatic transmission. Paint has a nice shine to it also. Black cloth parade boot will also be included with purchase as well as a folder of receipts, scripting brightwork, battery tender, and information on the car. There is a battery shutoff switch located under the front passenger fender. Recent service: transmission rebuilt, speedometer rebuilt, cleaned and reconditioned fuel tank all done in 2021. Small block engine under the hood that: has been bored to a 377 spec, balanced and blueprinted, performance cam, Hooker headers, dual Edelbrock 4bbl carbs, MSD ignition, Griffin aluminum radiator, and side pipes. Two previous owners before coming to us. Tremec 5-speed manual transmission paired to that engine. Also equipped with modified frame (for racing) and updated disc brakes. Red vinyl bucket seat interior with shifter on the floor. Riding on polished wheels with BF goodrich radials. Rear fenders are sporting the modified wide-body look. This tribute exists because there was only 5 original 1963 Grand Sports produced! There are two switches behind the seats that are for the battery shut off. Custom dash cluster and numerous lights and additional switches have been added to give this the race car look inside and out. Ignition sequence: turn battery shut off on, turn key, turn fuel pump on, flip ignition switch, and then push up on the starter switch! Horn works! Driver's rear view mirror is missing, extra one will be included with purchase. Convertible top is white vinyl with plastic rear window -- manual top is easy to put up and down and fits as it should. Restoration binder with pics and info will be included with purchase as well as a large assortment of parts that can be found in the still pictures. The wood bed in the back can be lifted out and removed revealing the steel underneath. Recent service: new fuel tank, carb, electric fuel pump, and new Dolphin gauges. Blinkers are functional too. Black vinyl bench seat interior with 3-speed on the floor and rubber flooring. Seats look to be reupholstered along the line too with added seat belts. Originally a 350 V8 car, current owner now believes it to be a 400 V8 with a 4-speed manual transmission. Equipped with positraction rear end, edelbrock intake manifold, headers, dual exhaust, holley carb, and am/fm/cd stereo. Owner states all gauges, lights, and speedometer work. Odometer reads 42,748 miles. Black cloth/vinyl bucket seat interior with center console and Hurst 4-speed on the floor. Aftermarket am/fm/cd stereo installed in the dash itself plus a water temp, oil pressure, and amp meter gauge cluster installed under the dash. Equipped with power steering, power brakes, tilt column, Boyds steering wheel, Stewart Warner gauges, Edelbrock 4bbl carb, B&M shifter, power windows, and a/c. Doors have to be fully closed to use the power windows as the power connection is in the door jamb. AC BLOWS COLD! Chrome looks good overall. Riding on polished Boyd wheels. Glass has been tinted, check with local and state laws regarding legal percentage in your area. Custom gray vinyl bucket seat interior with custom center console and shifter setup. Aftermarket Pioneer stereo installed nicely in the console. Hard tonneau cover installed that fits well too! Door handles have been shaved and are now actuated with a door popper via key fob. Power antenna has been frenched in by the drivers door. Behind the cab corner is an external door popper for the drivers door. Custom control panel within the center console that houses switches for the antenna, power windows, headlights, cup holder lights, blower fan, and temp control. Pioneer CD changer is also located in the console. Under the dash is two single silver buttons: left of the steering column is the horn, and the one on the right of the column pops open the passenger door. Tachometer and oil pressure seems to read higher than actual. We have not tested the cold plates, however previous owner stated it all worked, and they installed a new Emerson compressor just a couple of years ago. There is no door on the driver's side -- and being an open cab -- you just enter from the other side. Recent service work: new tires, new master cylinder, battery, plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, and carb recently rebuilt.
