Auctions will extend an additional two minutes each time there is bidding activity within the last two minutes of the auction closing and will continue to extend two minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last two minutes of the current close time. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. reserves the right to resell abandoned items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling.
