This Original One-Of-A-Kind Production Art cel is from Disney's animated television series The Little Mermaid in the episode entitled "Charmed", which originally aired on October 17, 1992. In this episode, Ariel tries on a human bracelet that causes more harm than good. This cel features a worried Ariel, wearing the bracelet, and Flounder swimming through the sea. This Looney Tunes animation sericel was hand signed by the fabulous Friz Freleng. This is the chorus line, and it reminds everyone of the classic Looney Tunes intro "On With the Show!" Animation Art Educational Sample Kit Cels RARE

This Walt Disney Animation Art Educational Kit was produced especially for the sales person to explain the animation process to clients. It was never offered to the public, and possibly never before offered for sale. We have never seen one like it, and we consider it rare. This kit consists of nine individual boards that illustrate the various steps involved in the creation of an animated film. Each board has a visual image, with matting labeled with the particular step, and a protective covering. The back of each board includes an explanation of the step. Each board measures 12 x 14 1/2 inches. All are contained in a hard, fold-open portfolio, that measures 13 x 15 3/4 x 2 1/2 inches. Overall the condition is excellent. Many of the images have been overlaid with the word SAMPLE. The following steps are individually illustrated: Storyboard Sketches Character Model Sheets Rough Animation Drawings (multiple sheets) Clean-up Animation Drawings (multiple sheets--Note, several are loose and should be reglued) Unpainted Cel Painted Cel Layout Drawing Background Painting Cel Set-Up This set provides a wonderful presentation of the animation process. The boards can be stored in the portfolio, or framed and displayed around a room. This is a rare Disney item that even the most astute collector will not likely have in their collection. True lovers of Disney animated films will enjoy this set as a glimpse into the magic of animation.
