Payment Instructions: Invoice(s) will be sent via email within 2 hours after the conclusion of the sale. Full payment is due immediately after auction ending. WP Distribution will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card credit or debit cards, and PayPal as payment for an invoice totaling $5,000.00 or less. Purchaser agrees not to charge-back a transaction. All sales are Final. Payments over $5,000 MUST be paid via CASH, CERTIFIED FUNDS, COMPANY CHECK or BANK WIRE. The credit card provided for registration will be charged (for purchases $5,000 or less plus applicable fee and taxes for Nebraska residents) within 24 hours of conclusion of the auction. If your items are to be shipped, your credit card will be charged twice. First for the purchase and 2nd for shipping/handling fees. Shipping Instructions: WP Distribution will prepare and ship parcel sized packages within 10 days of the auction with shipping & handling fees charged to the buyer. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The credit card on file with ProxiBid will be charged for any shipping amount. Buyer is responsible for pick up of merchandise and/or make the necessary arrangements if a 3rd-party shipping/moving company will be used. We will work within reason with a shipping company obtained and scheduled by the buyer. WP Distribution will, within reason, combine shipping for multiple items. For oversized and over-weight items, the buyer will be responsible for arranging freight shipping from a carrier of their choice. Our recommended freight forwarder is: www.freightquote.com If you chose to have WP Distribution physically prepare the shipment for freight transport, a handling fee will be charged. The minimum handling fee is $25 per pallet and goes up depending on the level of difficulty.
