Payment Instructions: Payment will be made via cash, check, money order or wire transfer to Walnut Creek Auction College, 1694 320th Street, Sherrard, IL 61281. Upon deposit, items will be shipped. Payment may include the following: item amount, buyer premium of 10%, FFL fees, shipping and handling. By entering this auction, you agree to pay these fees. Shipping and insurance costs will vary be state/distance of buyer from state of seller (Iowa). Buyers will be informed of final shipping costs and payment will be made prior to product being shipped.
Currency Type: USD
Shipping Instructions: Payment must be made for the total amount of the purchase and a 10% buyer's premium. Additionally, buyer will be responsible for shipping, shipping insurance for the amount of the purchase, etc. Walnut Creek will take all online purchases except guns to its shipping company where your merchandise will be packaged and shipped via the lowest possible cost. Every effort is made to ship within seven days of payment deposit. Iowa requires no sales tax on merchandise sold by Walnut Creek for resale. Gun shipments will take place from our gun FFL holder to your designated gun FFL holder, where a fee will be placed on paperwork at both FFL sites. Generally, this fee ranges from apprx. $30-$45 at each location, but that is totally dependent upon each FFL license holder.
Preview Date & Times: Doors open day of event at 10 am. Auction occurs at noon.
Checkout Date & Times: All guns are taken to B&B Shooting Supplies, Bettendorf, IA for pick up or for shipping to the designated FFL outside of Iowa. All other items must be removed after payment. Online buyers see See Shipping Instructions above.

CURRENT and VALID in-force F.O.I.D. (Firearms Owner Identification) cards will be required at the door for Illinois residents to be able to purchase ammo or firearms. NO FIREARMS WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES. ALL FIREARMS WILL BE TAKEN TO B&B Shooting Supplies in Bettendorf, IA the day after the auction and will be subject to transfer paperwork fees if you pick up or have the gun shipped. This paperwork fee transfers the gun from the seller to the new owner. Ouit-of-state buyers will be required to provide seller with preferred in-buyer state FFL, where your gun will be shipped. You may incur additional costs there for additional in-state registration paperwork.
