Payment Instructions: All invoices will be charged to the debit/credit card on file at the conclusion of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. A 18% buyer's premium will apply to all purchases. 6% South Carolina Sales Tax will apply to all purchases bought by bidders without a Tax ID. ALL INVOICES Must Be Paid In Full by the End of The Designated Pick-Up Times. If you are paying by credit card, It is the buyers responsibility to to get the invoice Paid if Declined. You Must Physically Call Proxibid to get Cards Changed over, then call Us once it is Fixed so we Can Run Your Credit Card Through The Proxibid System. WE WILL NOT DO CREDIT CARDS OVER THE PHONE!!! WE WILL NOT RUN ANY CREDIT CARDS AT PICK-UP!!! THEY MUST GET RUN THRU PROXIBID!!! If You Are Set Up With Us To Pay Cash / Check, Cash Must Be The Exact Amount of Invoice. We Do Not Have a Cash Register in The Auction House, Therefore, We Cannot Make Change. **NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A TAX ID / RESALE LICENSE, PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS SET UP WITH PROXIBID BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR THE AUCTION. PROXIBID HAS BEEN BOUGHT BY ANOTHER COMPANY. THEIR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING IS CHANGING OVER TO THE NEW COMPANY WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE MONTHS AND ITS NOT GOING VERY SMOOTHLY. THEY ARE REQUIREING AN UPLOADED PHYSCAL COPY OF THE TAX ID / RESALE LICENSE FOR YOUR PURCHASE TO BE TAX FREE.

All Paid Items bought from out of state customers, other than SC - NC - GA, will automatically be sent to our shipper unless we are contacted within 72 Hours after the auction ends. They will contact you to arrange payment for shipping. We Do Not Ship Furniture and Large or Very Fragile Items. If you are planning on having your items shipped, please don't bid unless Proxibid has a valid phone number on file for you. We cannot leave items at Kaylas HTC without a phone number where they can contact you. Any item left longer than 21 days will be resold and the proceeds will go to the auction company to pay for storage. All items to be shipped will be dropped off at the Kaylas HTC in Walhalla, SC. The Kaylas HTC will charge for packing & shipping of items. Shipping cost and all other fees charged are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All items sold AS IS WHERE IS. No warranties are implied or expressed. All sales are final. As always , we highly suggest previewing the auction. All items must be picked up during the designated pick up time. Any items not picked up during the designated pick up time will be charged STORAGE FEES! $25.00 PER WEEK OR ANY PART OF A WEEK PER INVOICE . After 14 Days of Storage ($50.00 FEES), the items become property of the auction house and will be resold with the proceeds going to the auction company to cover storage fees, unless a prior arrangement has been made with the auctioneer.
