Shipping Instructions: No items are to be removed while the auction is still being conducted. No items are to be removed until paid in FULL and a hard copy/electronic paid receipt will be required to remove items. Watts and Forest Pro Employees will be there to assist in load out to the best of their ability, this being said, neither Watts nor Forest Pro, or any of their employees, will be responsible for any damage or mishap that may occur during the load out process. Watts and Forest Pro are not obligated to use their people or equipment to load out if they feel it is unsafe to do so, or if buyer's come after-hours to pick up. Buyers are Solely Responsible for coordinating their own load out. Any item(s) not removed from the site after October 4, 2024 may be subject to a $10 per-day, per-item storage fee. If special arrangements are required for buyer's to remove/pick-up their property, please consult a Watts employee to coordinate.
