Dealers must furnish all resale certificates and Texas resale exemption forms. All out of state buyers who are not dealers must furnish bills of landing from a common carrier to not be charged sales tax. All export buyers must furnish dock receipts and bills of landing to not pay sales tax. WINNING BIDDER WILL BE EMAILED AN INVOICE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION.
