E. Garcia Target Pattern Spurs

Offered here for your consideration is a pair of E. Garcia target pattern spurs. Eduardo Garcia started making bits and spurs (having them produced in Mexico) in the late 1980s and continued until his death in the early 2000s. His legacy is carried on today by his grandson, who still produces bits and spurs under the E. Garcia brand. This fancy pair of single mount spurs is decorated in the center of the heel band with a small floral engraved concho, surrounded by smaller silver buttons. To either side of the "target" is silver and copper accents. Jingle bobs, chap guards, heel chains and 16 point rowels finish this pair off nicely. Make this great pair yours and bid today!

E. Garcia Peacock Pattern Spurs

Offered here for your consideration is a fancy pair of E. Garcia Peacock pattern spurs. Eduardo Garcia started making bits and spurs (having them produced in Mexico) in the late 1980s and continued until his death in the early 2000s. His legacy is carried on today by his grandson, who still produces bits and spurs under the E. Garcia brand. Against a blackened background, these single mounted spurs have a large silver concho in the center of the heel band that is formed as a peacock with alternating red and green glass beads at the end of each feather. These decorative spurs include chap guards, 18 point rowels and lavishly silver overlay along the shanks and to either aside of the peacock concho. Five Pair Of "Feed Store" Mass Produced Type Spurs

Available here for your consideration are five pair of "Feed Store" mass produced spurs. Four pair are single mounted with overlay and an Indian head on the fourth. The fifth pair is double mounted. MAKER: Unmarked, but for Indian head spurs which are stamped Wild Times.
APPROX AGE: Modern (meaning 1980s or newer). 
SIZE: The heel openings measure 3 1/8  except for the spurs with the Indian head and its heel openings measure 3 1/4 inches, the band width measures vary from 3/4 inches to 1 1/2 inches and the shanks measure between 2 3/8 inches to 3 3/8 inches long overall.

Two Vogt Bits

Available here for your consideration are two Vogt bits with silver inlay in flowing vinelike patterns from end to end of each of the bits. The larger bit has silver inlay along the slobber bar. Two attractive bits from a respected maker of bits and spurs that would be great in a collection or put them to us but Bid Now!
MAKER: Hallmarked VOGT(stamped) and Les Vogt's 01755-2 PRO EQUINE (Stamped). Les Vogt bought his father's business, and renamed it Les Vogt's Silver Bits And Spurs. His father opened the business in the 1960s.
APPROX AGE: Fairly Modern (meaning 1980s or newer).
SIZE: The mouth on the first bit measures 5 inches wide and is 8 1/4 inches long overall on the cheeks. The mouth on the second bit measures 5 inches wide and is 9 inches long overall on the cheeks.

Fancy Headstall, Romal Reins And Trophy Stirrups

Offered here for your consideration is a fancy headstall, romal reins and trophy stirrups. Awarded to the 2007 winner of the MWRHA Non-pro reserve category these heavy stirrups are decorated on one side with silver and copper letters identifying the trophy event. The headstall is a nice supple, stamped leather with fancy silver fixtures. The romal reins are a dark, finely braided leather that is decorated with fuerrles, conchos, tips, and leather poppers. Some fancy tack that would look great in your collection or on your ride. Bid now!

Signed Limited Edition Olaf Wieghorst Print "Boys In The Bunk House"

Offered here for your consideration is a signed Limited Edition Olaf Wieghorst art print entitled Boys In The Bunkhouse. Numbered 519/850, this is a print of six saddled ponies tied to a hitching post outside a lonely bunkhouse. The light emanating from the windows of the bunkhouse provides evidence that, as the title says, the boys are in the bunkhouse. Olaf Wieghorst, who was self taught, was an award winning artist specializing in painting the American West. In his early 20s he was in the 7th Cavalry and wherever he went he sketched and painted the Western culture that he came to love. This passion became his life's work and he continued painting for many years. This print is nicely framed, ready to hang and enjoy in your home. Make your bid now.
