Unmarked Mexican Spurs- Highly Polished

Offered for sale in this lot is a pair of unmarked Mexican spurs. They are single mounted with a Crockett or Kelly Bros. type of design. They have been highly polished to the point they almost appear to be nickel plated.
MAKER: Unmarked, but Mexican in origin.

Rare Buermann Star and Moon Pattern Bit

For your consideration we offer this Hercules bronze, star and moon pattern bit. It has an iron, halfbreed, mouth piece. You do not see many bits in this style and pattern that survived the test of time. 
MAKER: Although no maker's mark was detected, it is Buermann in style and design.

SIZE: Mouth measures 5 inches, with an overall length of 7 inches.

The designs on these baskets include butterflies, flying birds and coyote tracks. Old Hudson Bay Point Blanket

For sale in this lot is an old Hudson's Bay Point blanket. For well over two centuries, the Hudson?s Bay Point Blanket has been an iconic product in Canada and around the world. Hudson?s Bay Company has commissioned these fine English-made woolen blankets since 1780, many becoming heirlooms that are passed on from one generation to the next. The points, or small black bars on the side of the blanket, were utilized during the fur trade as an indication of size - a measure that continues to this day. Solid red blankets first appeared in the 18th century. Red was preferred by the coast and interior Salish First Nations in the Pacific northwest.

APPROX AGE: Vintage.

Michael is a watercolor artist and illustrator who has been painting for over 40 years. He is famous for capturing the lives of O?Odham people in their natural state. He has traveled abroad to share his work and heritage with others. He has illustrated books, painted murals and has a permanent exhibit at the Heard Museum in Phoenix, Arizona. He has won numerous awards and participated in shows such as Indian Market and the Heard Museum Indian Fair.
