BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES, IF ANY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances shall Wholesale Art Auctions, LLC, or its employees, be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone’s internet service or technical or software problems during live auction. Auction House will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Wilson Fine Art & Antiques is not responsible for any bids placed "accidentally" or by "mistake" from any source. PAYMENT TERMS: Major credit cards are accepted, NO AMERICAN EXPRESS AT THIS TIME. Bank wires and cashier’s checks are accepted with prior authorization from the auction house. For credit card payments, buyer is required to sign Payment Authorization Form that will be provided via email. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All sales exceeding $5000 must be paid by bank wire. Payment is expected within 48 hours after concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future Auction House auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau. Art Wholesale Art Auctions, LLC reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. Wholesale Art Auctions, LLC is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Wholesale Art Auctions, LLC anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction, Wholesale Art Auctions, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the Website feature (pre bids) and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Wholesale Art Auctions, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any time. If you did not receive an invoice that means you were not the winning bidder. SHIPPING TERMS: Buyer is solely responsible for paying for shipping invoice with Auction House shipper. Buyer is responsible for the removal of all winning items. Due to warehouse locations, items may be sent separately. After payment clears allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. The Shipping Company will contact you to invoice you for the shipping charges separately. The Shipping Company must be given the correct shipping address to ensure your package is delivered to the right address. Auction House will not be held responsible in the event that damage occurs to merchandise while in the possession of any shipping company or for any lost deliveries.
