Payment Instructions: PLEASE READ - FEES FOR THIS AUCTION - 20% Buyers Premium - $15.00 FFL Processing Fee ($15 Will Be Added To Each Gun Purchase, This Goes To Our In-House FFL For Processing Each Gun In And Out Of Their Books - Shipping Cost - We will try to keep shipping charges as low as possible but each successful buyer will be charged the price of shipping, via UPS or USPS unless otherwise instructed. - $10 handling charge for time and shipping material. Each successful buyer will be emailed a preliminary invoice directly following the conclusion of the auction. This Invoice will NOT include the $15.00 per gun paperwork fee for each gun purchased. The credit card that is already on file with ProxiBid will be charged the preliminary invoice amount PLUS the $15 per gun paperwork fee, this will be done on Tues, September 24, 2019, which should give every successful buyer plenty of time to let us know if they would like to use ANOTHER form of payment. We ship all items via UPS unless otherwise instructed. Please note that the shipping process usually takes a COUPLE WEEKS and we will not start the boxing/ weighing process until Weds, September 25, 2019 and we will start with guns that we have already received an FFL copy for. So, be sure to have your FFL email us a copy of their FFL to auction@willsullivanauction.com between Sat, Sep 21 - Weds, Sep 25, if you would like your gun(s) shipped in a timely matter. Shipping Instructions: SHIPPING COST EXAMPLE- An average long gun box, is 8" X 4" X 52" and will hold 2 standard sized rifles or shotguns (without scopes) along with the proper bubble wrap and packing. It will weigh around 20lbs and will cost around $45 to ship, plus our $10 handling fee for a total of $55. Or one gun will weigh around 10lbs or less and would cost around $25 plus $10 handling. Handguns are usually under $30 to ship but it all depends on the weight of the box and how much the Declared Value is. The more expensive the gun = the more insurance needed = the higher shipping cost Feel free to email us for a shipping quote or any other shipping questions at - auction@willsullivanauction.com or you can go to UPS.com and get an estimate. ALL GUNS MUST BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO AN FFL REGARDLESS OF AGE - Even Black Powders - That is an Illinois Law that we must abide by, no exceptions.

If you purchase a firearm of any kind it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to have an FFL dealer send us a copy of their FFL to auction@willsullivanauction.com. Until we have received this we will not even start packing your purchase. Please make sure that your FFL includes your name somewhere in the email. ALL GUNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL REGARDLESS OF OF AGE OR CALIBER. Illinois Gun Laws Apply. We have describe each item to the best of our knowledge and have taken LOTS of good pictures of each item but all sales are final, regardless of any wording in this catalog. NO returns, NO exceptions. Will Sullivan Auction Co.. terms and conditions. Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms that follow, if bidding online.
