In 1967 Colt released the WWI ''Battle of Belleau Wood'' Commemorative 1911 Semi-Automatic Pistol in three different grades and variations. All came in nice display cases...more, but some more detailed than others. This WWI ''Battle of Belleau Wood'' Commemorative is known as the "Deluxe Edition" and features a super high gloss "mirror" bluing finish, gold inlay on all engravings and smooth walnut grips with oiled finish. The specs of this gun were made to be an exact replica of the original GI issued Colt 1911's used in WWI. These guns are known to be some of the best quality 1911's that Colt ever built, anyone who has fired one of these Commemorative Editions will tell you that it is much smoother than other 1911's and the quality is quite impressive. This estate owned gun appears to be unfired, in new condition and comes in original wooden presentation case.

The Colt Python is a d...moreouble action handgun chambered for the .357 Magnum cartridge, built on Colt's large I-frame. Pythons have a reputation for accuracy, smooth trigger pull, and a tight cylinder lock-up. The Colt Python was first introduced in 1955 as Colt's Top-Of-The-Line Model and has a distinct appearance due to a full barrel underlug, ventilated rib and adjustable sights. From the 1970s each Python revolver was boresighted at the factory with a laser and was the first mass-produced revolver for which this was done. This one-owner gun was purchased new in 1979 and features a high-gloss blue finish, checkered walnut grips with oiled finish, 6" barrel with vent-rib, target sights and 6-shot cylinder. This gun is in excellent condition with a perfect bore (only fired a few times) and comes in original box and paperwork.

1928 Colt, Model 1908 Pocket Hammerless, 380 ACP Cal., Semi-Auto, SN - 88030

The Colt Model 1908 was manufactured from 1908 to 1945 and is nearly identical to the model 1903. Despite the title "hammerless", the Model 1908 does have a hammer. The h...moreammer is covered and hidden from view under the rear of the slide. This allows the pistol to be carried in and withdrawn from a pocket quickly and smoothly without snagging. Several of these pistols were issued to high ranking generals in WWII which included General George S. Patten whose Model 1908 was embellished with three (later four) stars on the grip panels to denote his rank. Features include checkered walnut grips, 3.75" barrel, a serrated slide to prevent slippage during manual cycling of the slide and two safety mechanisms (a grip safety and a manual safety). This estate owned gun has some various external wear but appears to be all original, has a sharp clean bore and is in perfect tight working order.

Colt began a limited production run of the M1911 National Match .38 Special Mid-Range Wadcutter in 1961, which were the forerunners to the “Gold Cups”. The National Match...more is a very rare and interesting variant of the Colt 1911 that was made specifically for the ISSF (International Shooting Sports Federation) Centre Fire target match. This gun is not a conventional Colt 1911, everything was done to maximize accuracy to provide a specialized and highly accurate target pistol for US and Canadian professional shooters and the internal parts were all hand-honed. Features include a much tighter tolerance than a standard 1911, standard 5" barrel, checkered walnut grips and target sights. This First Year Production one-owner gun (purchased new in 1961) from the Joe Panici Estate appears to be all original, is in beautiful condition with a sharp bore and will be in perfect working order.

This Navy model features a 7.5" octagon barrel, beautiful smooth walnut grips, brass trigger guard and brass front sight. This estate owned gun is in good "tight" working order, but the loading lever latch on this gun is a bit loose and may need to be re-threaded in order for it to properly hold the latch in place, otherwise this is a nice early revolver.

The Walther P38 is a double-action 9mm semi-automatic pistol that was developed by Carl Walther GmbH as the service pistol of the Wehrmacht at the beginning of World War ...moreII. In late 1963 the postwar military model P1 was adopted for use by the German military, identifiable by the P1 stamping on the slide. The postwar pistols, whether marked as P38 or P1, have an aluminum frame rather than the steel frame of the original design. Starting in June 1975, the aluminum frame was reinforced with a hex bolt above the trigger guard. This Bundeswehr (German Defense Fores) P1 model is dated "3/78" on the slide & "11-79" on the frame, 5" barrel and black checkered grips. This estate owned gun is showing some various light exterior wear but has a excellent bore and appears to be in good "tight" working order.

This Harrington & Richardson M1 Garand is dated "4-55" and is all original with the correct markings throughout and comes with a (numbers not matching) correct period bayonet and green canvas sling. The bore in this gun is sharp but it will need a good cleaning, otherwise it is in very nice condition and is in good "tight" working order. This gun belongs to the Joe Panici Estate Collection.

The Savage Model 1895 was only manufactured from 1895 to 1899 and was made in a very limited production. The Model 1895 is the forerunner of the Model 1899 and is easily ...moreidentified by the hole through the cocking indicator on the top of the bolt. It was the first hammerless lever-action rifle ever made and used a rotary magazine to hold the cartridges. This design was quite revolutionary at the time because it allowed the rifle to use spitzer bullets (previous lever-action rifles used tubular magazines, which placed cartridges of ammunition end to end). Other features include a 26" barrel, English Style walnut stock, crescent metal butt plate, adjustable elevator semi-buckhorn rear sight and dovetail front blade sight. This Model 1895 is a First Year Production, made in 1895, appears to be all original, has an extremely nice sharp bore and appears to be in perfect working order.
