We will contact each successful buyer either after the auction or first thing the following Monday morning for payment information.

All items will be professionally packed and shipped in a timely manor, usually within a week of the auction (no items will be shipped until they are paid for in full). If a buyer would like to put a rush on shipping, we will try to accommodate if we can. We will contact each buyer after their package(s) are boxed and weighed. We will do our very best to keep all shipping charges as low as possible and use as few boxes as possible as well. As mentioned in "Terms & Conditions", each buyer will be charged a $15 handling fee on top of the exact shipping cost. If a buyer has any special shipping requests please let us know and we try to accommodate.

We have describe each item to the best of our knowledge and have taken several good pictures of each lot but all sales are final, NO returns, NO exceptions. ALll guns must be shipped to an FFL. If you feel that a gun should be considered an antique and should be eligible for direct shipping we suggest that you call or email us prior to bidding because your opinion of the age and eligibility of a gun and ours could be different Will Sullivan Auction, LLC. terms and conditions.
