Bidders should call Witcher Auctions to verify the condition of any given item before placing pre-bids. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Witcher Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Witcher Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Witcher Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. ITEM REMOVAL: Loadout will be available on sale day until 5pm, then Friday & Saturday 3/25-3/26, 8am-5pm then Monday, March 28-Friday, April 1, 9am-5pm . All purchases must be removed by Friday, April 1, 2022. After this date, a $25.00 per day storage fee will be assessed. Items not removed within 60 days will be declared abandoned, become the property of Witcher Auctions, and no refund will be given to buyer.
