Wire Transfers are accepted and be sure to add the wire transfer fee to the invoice total. Visa & Mastercard accepted - a 3% administrative fee charged on all non-cash/non-check purchases. BUYERS PREMIUM of 10% on each lot $5,000.00 and under. On each lot over $5,000.00 there will be a Flat Fee of $500.00 per lot A 3% Internet buyer's premium will be added to all lots purchased on the Internet. ***READ*** All Items must be picked up within 7 days of the auction. If the items are not picked up until with the days allowed then all items will be moved to a storage yard at the buyers expense. Wolfe Auctions charges 10% on each item selling for $5,000 or less & a $500 fee on each item selling for $5,001 or more. There is an additional 1% Admin Fee on ALL lots. All titled lots are charged a $30 per lot handling fee. Title will be mailed FedEx 2 day Air 2 week after the sale date. Applicable State of MD Sales Tax will be charged on all Lots unless you are exempt from Sales Tax and you provide tax exemption form and exception certificates that are acceptable to the State of MD. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Wolfe Industrial Auctions, Inc. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Wolfe Industrial Auctions, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
