PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: *You will receive an email from the auction company with invoicing and payment instructions after the auction concludes.* 15% buyer’s premium, 5% cash discount. Successful bidder is responsible for wire transfer fees. Please register with a valid email address for invoicing. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction close to finalize invoicing, payment details and pick up scheduling. Sales Tax will be charged on all items, unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form. Payment needs to be received within 48 hours from completion of the auction. No listing will be released until paid in full. PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Items must be picked up by APPOINTMENT ONLY. The Pennsylvania Dept of Health mandates that MASKS ARE REQUIRED to enter the building. Please call Lindsey (443-465-6458) to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. Items must be removed between May 15- May 21. Any item not picked up within pick up dates will be RESOLD and NO refund will be returned to the buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
