Handguns purchased by out-of-state buyers must be shipped to an FFL in the buyer’s home state and cannot be picked up at the auction house. Other non-local buyers also may elect to have their firearms shipped to an FFL of their choice. Unless otherwise noted, all firearms are subject to a federal background check and registration fee of $20.00 for the first firearm and $5.00 for each additional firearm purchased by the same bidder.
