All persons attending the removal of merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Yount Auction and Realty, Inc. and the Estate of Tommy Ray Shew from any liability.
Removal Requirements: No article shall be removed unless paid for in full & all articles purchased shall be removed within the terms & assigned times. Anyone
