The rate to an Arizona resident is 6.3% Out of state buyers will pay the amount they would normally pay their home state, up to 5.6%, plus the Pima County Sales Tax in the amount of .5%. The State Of Arizona has a rate sheet listed by state. Contact Auctioneer for the rate of your state. ONLY licensed Auto/Vehicle Dealers are exempt of Arizona Sales Tax. Dealers MUST present current, verifiable Dealers license, Sales Tax Permit Number and sign an Arizona Resale Form. DUE DILIGENCE: It is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER to perform all due diligence of condition or any other factor PRIOR TO OFFERING ANY BIDS. No Bid are rescinded. All information provided by the Auctioneer is believed to be accurate, HOWEVER, all Bidders agree to hold the Auctioneer and Seller(s) Harmless Of All Claims Of Loss due to any error, omission or mis-statement. Auctioneer will make every attempt to provide additional photos of specific areas requested by a Bidder. Auctioneer STRONGLY SUGGESTS the Bidder to personally inspect all assets, or have a trusted 3rd party inspect all assets PRIOR TO OFFERING ANY BIDS. All assets are SOLD AS-IS. All invoices MUST BE PAID IN FULL within 72 hours of the close of the Auction. See Payment Instructions. All assets MUST BE REMOVED from Auctioneers property within 10 days of the close of the Auction, at Bidders expense. No asset will be released prior to payment in full. See Shipping Instructions. STORAGE OF ASSETS: Auctioneer agrees to allow free storage of assets up to 10 days following the close of the Auction. Additional storage up to 10 extra days is available at a cost of $25 per day. Any asset not removed by 20 days following the Auction, will be removed and stored by a licensed towing company of the Auctioneers choosing, at the Bidders expense. NO INSURANCE is offered, implied or available for stored assets. All bidders are strongly suggested to place proper insurance coverage on all assets immediately following the close of the Auction. All Bidders agree to Hold The Auctioneer Harmless of any claims of damage while stored at the Auctioneers property. Titled assets will NOT be allowed to be driven off property without proof of coverage. TEMPORARY PLATE is offered to all buyers to allow driving a titled asset on the road. The plate is good for 3 days from the date of issue. The plate can NOT be extended. LOCATION OF ASSETS: UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN INDIVIDUAL LISTINGS, all assets are located at the Auctioneers facility in Apache Junction, Az, 85120 ( Eastern Phoenix ) RELEASE OF ASSETS: Assets will only be released to the Bidder, unless the Bidder makes written authorization for a specific person or company to accept the asset on their behalf.
