The right is reserved to withdraw any item or lit prior to sale. Absolutely no lots will be broken. 5. The highest bidder will prevail. Storage will be provided at no charge for 14 days following the sale date and then at a rate of $5.00 per item per day - unless prior arrangements have been made.
