Earnest Money Deposit: High Bidder will be required to submit an amount equal to 10% of the contract price to Escrow Agent, Cotter, Greenfield, Manfredi & Lenes, PC, less the $2,500 Bidder’s Deposit which is charged to the high bidder’s credit card at the termination of the auction. When registering, your credit card will have a $2,500 authorization placed on the card (“Bidder’s Deposit”), but the card will not be charged unless the bidder is the high bidder of the property auctioned. If there is a discrepancy between Higgenbotham Auctioneers International Limited, Inc. or Robert H.
