Nothing can be removed from the auction site until settled for with the auction company. Olson Pearson Auction has put forth every effort in preparing for this auction. Printed and oral statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. If you bid, you buy it. Don't call us a day later asking if the item can be returned. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A four percent (2.5%) buyer's premium with a $750.00 cap will be added to each online successful bid. SALES TAX: Nebraska, sales tax of five and a half percent (5.5%) will be collected on items sold to bidders in Nebraska unless a form 13 is filled out and turned into the office. There is no sales tax on absentee bid purchases shipped out of state. Out-of-state absentee buyers are responsible for complying with their home sales tax. VEHICLE TITLES: Vehicle titles will not be sent until the buyer's check has cleared. Please allow ten (10) working days after payment has been received for title to be sent. Vehicles are sent Certified Mail with return receipt. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: The successful bidder has until September 18, 2016, at 5 P.M. to remove the items purchased.
