Firearms that qualify for FFL dealer registration will be processed through Four Seasons Outdoors in Centerville, TN. Only antique firearms (pre-1899) are exempt from FFL registration per BATFE regulations. The auction firm will follow BATFE regulations and Tennessee state laws with regards to the sale and transfer of firearms. The firearms manufactured in 1899 or later will be processed by the local FFL dealer - Four Seasons Outdoors (Chris Hughes). LOCAL pickup will require a $20 FFL processing fee and $10 TBI Background Check as required by law. Firearms requiring BATFE registration will be shipped from the local FFL dealer to your FFL dealer of choice (out of area buyers only). Some of the firearms being sold are classified as "Antique" and have been graded accordingly. The National Rifle Association Standards of Grading were applied to the antique firearms. Out of state buyers will have to pay their state FFL dealer fees whatever those may be. Silver Lace Auction has no control over these or any local fees charges by Four Seasons Outdoors and/or by Goin' Postal Shipping Company. Items requiring shipping will be done so with the coordinated efforts of Four Seasons Outdoors and Goin' Postal Shipping Company. We will arrange for packing and shipping at our earliest possible convenience. We will attempt to ship as soon as possible, however, shipping can take up to two weeks or longer after full payment is received. Buyer pays shipping, packing materials, and any additional insurance charges if needed. The shipping of any purchased items outside of the United States is hereby classified as "foreign export". Plano hard cases will be used for shipping at the buyer's expense - this may delay shipping for a week depending on if we need to order more cases. The cost will be $25 each for rifles and $10 each for pistols - this will be added to out of state buyers invoices requiring shipping. Buyers will pay shipping company separately for the actual shipping charges. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection at Four Season Outdoors in Centerville, TN on the dates and times indicated. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor before bidding. Silver Lace Auction may attempt to describe the items in advertising, on the Internet and during the auction bidding, but makes no representations. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All lots will be charged a 13% buyer's premium for internet bidding. (Silver Lace Auction has one of the LOWEST buyer's premiums.) Bidders who bid from off site and are not able to preview, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Silver Lace Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Silver Lace Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Some Lot #'s are shown as "OPEN LOT" where late entries may be added prior to auction close. Non paying bidders will be reported to proxibid & prevented from registering and bidding in other estate auctions. AUCTION COMPANY DOES NOT PROCESS CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WITH PROXIBID - WE USE THE SQUARE FOR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS - INVOICES WILL BE EMAILED THE DAY OR TWO AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES FOR OUT OF STATE BUYERS PAYING WITH CREDIT CARDS.
