This auction begins at 10 AM with miscellaneous items that are not online, we anticipate that the equipment will begin selling by about 11 AM or so- this is an estimated time for the online auction and is subject to change. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties of any kind. This site is NOT secured with a fence- all items remain at the auction site at the buyers risk. All buyers understand that items are to be picked up on auction day; items remaining on the lot after the auction are being left at the owners risk- Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. will not be responsible for their security, safety or location. Items must be picked up no later than 1 week after the auction with the understanding that load-out assistance will only be available the day of the auction.
