If unsuccessful as a bidder, the $5,000 will be wired back to your account on day of sale.

PAYMENT TERMS: Successful online buyer must wire $20,000 (in addition to initial $5,000) down payment to the escrow agent by 2 PM on sale day (April 21st). American Title & Abstract Co. of Liberal, KS will act as escrow agent and will furnish a title insurance policy. Costs associated with title insurance and closing will be shared 50/50 between buyer and seller. Balance of sale will be due upon acceptance of title (45) days and delivery of deed.

ABSENTEE PHONE BIDS: If you would like to bid via phone, a $25,000 CASHIER'S CHECK, made payable to the Auctioneer must be in auctioneer's possession (3) days prior to auction date.
