Regarding Items specified as Special Shipping Required (SSR); You must contact us within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction about your arrangements for LARGE Items. They will be held for a maximum of 15 days. If we have not heard from you within this period, your items are subject to being re-sold in the next available auction. A local shipper is available to make your shipping arrangements. If you have questions about a Lot, please contact the Auction Company at least 5 days before the auction. We will be happy to provide you with information. We DO NOT allow our consignors to bid on their own items. If your bid is the winning bid on any item, your credit card will be charged for your purchase plus a 18% Buyers Premium (this does not include the packing or shipping fees) for all Internet bids. All property is sold AS IS. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. We may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Mayberry Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Mayberry Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Munda Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Mayberry Auction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Mayberry Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Mayberry Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
