This auction is a mixed Estate and Consignment Auction; therefore, sales tax will be assessed at a rate of 9.75% on all taxable purchases excluding those from the Lasater Estate and the coins. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS-IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Special Shipping Terms apply to this auction: Coins/Currency will ship USPS Priority plus $3.50 handling fee per box. Purchases can be combined to offset the shipping costs. Pick-up is available on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 2:00pm – 5:00pm (central) ONLY or by appointment. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not pick-up by 3:00pm on May 31, 2017 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded.
