You will not be able to take possession of you firearm today. You will be able to pick up the firearm from a Federal Firearms Licensee (hereinafter referred to as FFL) on Tuesday following the auction. You will required to pay the FFL $25.00 per firearm transferred. The fee must be paid in cash. No checks or credit cards will be accepted for transfers. · No refunds will be made for firearms purchases. · All firearms are sold “As Is, Where Is” with no warranties expressed or implied. We make no guarantee as to the condition of the firearms being sold. · Purchasers must fill out the ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check prior to taking possession of firearms purchased. All transfers and related paperwork must be performed at the FFL’s place of business. This is not a choice, it’s the law. · You cannot take possession of the firearms until your payment by check has cleared the bank. If you pay by cash or credit card, we can convey the weapon as soon as possible under the terms stated above. · If you are a convicted felon, even if you have had your right to vote restored, you may not be able to own or possess firearms. Do not bid on these weapons until you have been granted a full pardon by the appropriate authority having jurisdiction or have been issued a Unique Personal Identification Number (UPIN) by the Federal Bureau of Investigations, or are sure that you can pass a background check. · Long guns may be conveyed to non-residents provided that the long gun being conveyed is legal in the state where you reside and providing that the transfer does not violate the State, County or City laws of the jurisdiction where the purchaser resides. · Special restrictions may apply to firearms and accessories. · Handguns can only be conveyed to residents of the State of Alabama, only. Non-residents may purchase handguns but must provide the Seller, Deanco Auction and Real Estate, Inc., with the name and contact information for an FFL in your area to facilitate the transfer. The firearms will be shipped to that FFL at the purchasers’ expense and that FFL will facilitate the transfer. That FFL may charge the purchased an addition fee for that service. · No firearms will be transferred to residents of the State of California or Hawaii. · Alabama residents only can be assured of passing the background check if they have a current, valid Concealed Carry Permit issued by the Sheriff of their Alabama County. · If you have ever been convicted of a crime involving domestic violence, whether it was a misdemeanor or felony, you do not have the right to own or possess firearms. · If you are currently under a court order or restraining order, or have charges pending of any kind related to a domestic situation or felony, you do not have the right to own or possess firearms until there is a finding by the court having jurisdiction in favor of the purchaser. · If you are military personnel from another state and your permanent duty station is in the State of Alabama, you may purchase firearms as long as you can provide the FFL with a copy of your orders stating that Alabama is your permanent duty station. · If you are not a citizen of the United States, special provisions apply regarding the purchase, transfer and possession of firearms. Please ask before purchasing any firearm to insure that you are eligible to purchase and possess firearms. · All other applicable Federal, State and Local laws will apply to the purchase, transfer and possession of firearms. If you have questions as to whether or not the transfer is lawful, please ask before purchasing. · If you purchase a firearm and denied on the background check, you cannot bring someone else in to get a background check done. The background check is on the bidder only. If you are the successful high bidder and denied on the background check, we reserve the right to place the firearm in the next available auction event and will resell it for you.
