Wire Transfers will be accepted with a 20% non-refundable deposit day of sale in one of the forms listed above. We also accept all Credit/Debit Cards with an additional 3% Buyers Premium applicable. A 7% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all online purchases at this auction. A $30 Title Processing Fee will be assessed each buyer to process titles and Bill of Sales. SALES TAX: Sales Tax will be applied to your invoice unless we are provided with the proper forms for tax exemption (ie: photo copy of Dealer's Resale Certificate or Associated Required State Forms.) Buyers local sales tax rate will be applied, based on buyer's postal zip code.

Shipping Instructions: LOADING & REMOVAL: Once an item is sold the winning bidder is responsible for its removal. Any cost responsibility and risk of removal of purchases remain with the buyer. Removal may begin after payment in full and must be completed by the close of business, April 30, 2020. NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXTENSIONS! If the vehicle is not picked up by that time, it will be impounded by the airport and the payment forfeited. After full payment is received, Auctioneer will send a release to the buyer, describing the purchased material and the name and contact information at the station where the equipment is located. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the manager and coordinate the pick up. Buyer must exercise proper social distancing when picking up the vehicle and must contact the station manager promptly to arrange a pick up date and time that doesn't interfere with other pickups or the normal operations of the shop.
Preview Date & Times: The equipment is available for preview and inspection by appointment only. Please contact Corwin Snow at 214-215-0454 (csnow@starmanaiuctions.com) to make an appointment.
Checkout Date & Times: Contact the station manager at the numbers provided on the Equipment Release form. Buyers have until April 30, 2020 to contact the station, set up a pick up date/time and remove the vehicles.
