Shipping Instructions: All packing, shipping, handling, & insurance costs to be paid by the buyer. Shipping is done by The UPS Store at 349-L Copperfield Blvd, Concord, NC 28025. Contact Gary or Glenda at 704-795-1100 by Wednesday May 20, 2020 to pay shipping costs. UPS ships items up to 150 lbs in weight. Items over 150 lbs are shipped by the UPS store using carriers specializing in shipping over sized items. HANDLING FEE: We charge a small handling fee to cover our expense of handling & transporting your items to the UPS store. Fees: 1-4 items the handling fee is $5.00, 5 or more items the handling fee is $3.00.

Failure to pay for your purchases will result in legal action and you will be barred from future bidding. 3. All items are for pick up only at auction facility. Items must be picked up within 3 days of auction close. Buyer is responsible for any shipping arrangements which shall be completed within 3 days of close of auction.
