Payment Instructions: • We will begin accepting payments at 8:30 AM on Monday, June 1st. *If paying by cash or check, you will need to pay in person at the Equipment pick up location BEFORE loading out. *Equipment Pickup Location: 9235 Old Munfordville Rd. Cave City, KY 42127. • All items MUST BE PAID IN FULL by Monday, June 1st, no later than 5:00PM. ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT are Wire Transfer (preferred), Cash, Cashier’s Check and Personal or Business Check. • WIRE TRANSFER: There will be a $20 wire transfer fee included in final price for all wire transfer payments. Please keep in mind that your bank may also charge a fee to initiate your wire transfer. Please contact our office for wire transfer instructions. • PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECK: Buyer must provide a bank Letter of Guarantee, matching the bank the check is drawn on. Check should be made payable to Haley Auctions and Realty. • CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: There will be a 3% processing fee added to the total invoice. Credit Card payments should be made on sale day.**Your card on file will not automatically be charged at the conclusion of this sale. You must contact our office at 270-726-2900 to pay by credit or debit card. • 2% Internet Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the Total Sales Price. **Farm Exemptions - We will need a copy of your Resale and/or Farm Exemption certificate (If applicable) on file before we can remove sales tax. Your certificate can be emailed to auctions@haleyauctionsandrealty.com or you may complete a new certificate when you pick up your equipment by requesting the exemption form from our auction staff. *Some items will be subject to 6% KY sales tax and are not considered Farm Exempt Please contact our office at 270-726-2900 if you have any questions concerning your payment. • Iternational Buyers MUST pay by Wire Transfer ($35 International Wire Transfer Fee)
