Wire Transfer - 3% Discount. We charge a $10 fee for wire transfers (per transaction, not per item).
Cash - 5% discount. Available to local buyers only.
ALL OHIO SALES are subject to 6.75% sales tax.
OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. See each lot description for shipping options and costs. Call us after the auction to make payment and shipping arrangements. We usually ship the next day after we receive payment. Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before bidding. Listed shipping prices apply to shipments within the lower 48 states only. Alaska and Hawaii will be more. No international shipping. We charge a $20 CFLC fee to ship guns to California.
LOCAL BUYERS: All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS check. Pickup date is Monday, January 18, 2021 from 9 AM until 2 PM at our office in Seville, OH. Additional pickup times are available by appointment. Pay for items at pickup. 10% Buyer's Premium on all sales, but we offer a 5% discount for payment in CASH. We also accept credit cards and good local checks (neither are eligible for the cash discount). 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location).
ADDITIONAL TERMS: All items are sold as is with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason.
