DOCUMENT FEES: Items requiring State of Maine motor vehicle paperwork will be assessed the following document fees: $68 for titled vehicles and trailers weighing over 3,000lbs (1995 and newer) and $20 for vehicles and trailers (1994 and older). Fees will be added to your invoice. For titled vehicles, a title application will be sent directly to the state and a title will be mailed to the address that buyer lists on title application. DISPUTES: If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer at his sole option may put up the lot again for sale at once and resell to the highest bidder. BIDS MAY NOT BE RETRACTED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AUCTION. LOTTING: The Auctioneer reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots and to add to or delete from lots at Auctioneer's sole discretion.
