BUYER MUST USE COTE CRANE & RIGGING TO REMOVE THE BATCH PLANT FROM THE PROPERTY. THEY HAVE PROVIDED A QUOTE OF $11,300 TO REMOVE THE SILO, HOPPER, MIXERS, ALL CONVEYORS, AND AGGREGATE BINS. ALL SEPARATIONS WILL BE FLAME CUT. THIS QUOTE DOES NOT INCLUDE SEPARATING THE CUPOLA AND REATTACHING, OPENING THE CEILING AROUND THE SILO AND TRIMMING OUT, SHORING THE BOILER MEZZANINE AND SECURING THE ELECTRICAL PANEL WALL. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE COSTS.
