Roof Top units, Switchgears and Interior Electrical will be available for removal on or about 3-4 weeks prior to the hotel demolition which is expected to be in June 2024. When removing roof top units located on the 9th floor with a crane the buyer must provide the exact location (longitude and latitude points) of the crane to be used to remove those units at least 60 days in advance as FAA approval is required and that process takes at least 60 days, as well as the number of days it will be on site. Seller shall advise Purchaser of all other information necessary for FAA approval. The PTAC Units may only be removed when the Sellers Security Staff authorizes. This may be 60– 120 days or more after the auction. PTAC on the 3rd floor or higher may be removed sooner, but will require Airport Security approval.
