We made no guarantee of the authenticity of the item including merchantability of fitness of particular purpose. All sales are final, NO EXCEPTIONS. The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this auction are believed to be correct. Neverthless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statement made by the owner or his agents or by W. Yoder Auction Service or its agents, concerning any item, shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. The buyer is responisble for examining and inspecting, or have their own representative examine or inspect the items prior to bidding and accepts it the way it is, NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping is as follows: Items are picked up form auction site, unpacked and sorted by JPK Specialty svcs. Then, within 14 business days your items will be shipped. Method of payment for shipping will be the credit card used to register at Proxibid. You will see 2 charges on your credit card statement; 1. Payment for items purchased at W. Yoder Auctions. 2. Payment for packing, shipping, insurance for items. Both of these charges will be run through W. Yoder Auctions for your added security. Any credit cards that come back as "declined", the items will be resold at the owner's expense. W. Yoder Auction Service will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. All items must be insured for the sale price. If you wish something shipped via a different method, you must contact the auction co. 5 days prior to the auction.
