All property is sold "As-Is", and All Sales are Final.
* BIDDERS: ON SITE AND OFF SITE
Bidders Both on site and off site are held to the same standard with the exception that on site bidders have the ability to physically inspect items for sale. Insure you have inspected or inquired about the items you wish to bid on, as the highest bidder is the buyer. By being the highest bidder you are invoking a contract with North Pacific Auctioneers Ltd. All property being displayed for public inspection and shall be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS and WITHOUT RECOURSE FOR ANY REFUND OR REDUCTION OF SALE PRICE. MISNOMER OR INCORRECT DESCRIPTION shall not entitle the purchaser / buyer to any refund or reduction of the sales price.
This is not a sale by sample or description. All bidders are urged to closely inspect all items offered. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Credit Card charge backs will be accepted. CHARGE BACKS WILL CHARGED A FEE OF 1 AND ½ TIMES THE BID PRICE OR $100.00 WHICH EVER IS GREATER.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine description, age, date, authenticity, count, condition and suitability of purpose . No warranties or representations, expressed or implied, of any kind are made with respect to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any item in this auction. Once sold there are no refunds of any kind.
* ON SITE BIDDERS:
Property is open to thorough public inspection at our Auction Facility located at 5801 Arctic Blvd, Suite “C” Anchorage, Alaska. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. North Pacific Auctioneers Ltd may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall North Pacific Auctioneers Ltd. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
* OFF SITE INTERNET BIDDERS:
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. North Pacific Auctioneers Ltd shall endeavor to describe each item and any pertinent information about it. North Pacific Auctioneers Ltd will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidders agrees everything is sold "As Is" and that they may not return any item they purchase.

* COIN GRADING:
Every person has their own opinion. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade to their own satisfaction before they bid. ABSOLUTELY NO COIN RETURNS ON THE BASIS OF GRADE. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Coins are not graded by North Pacific Auctioneers, and are received by consignors previously graded, any and all grading information is purely for informational purpose as a third parties consideration and evaluation.
* ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:
All efforts have been made to describe the item accurately. Error’s do occur, however, it is the bidder's ultimate responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. North Pacific Auctioneers Ltd shall endeavor to describe each item and any pertinent information about it. North Pacific Auctioneers Ltd will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidders agrees everything is sold "As Is". All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over any written or printed matter. North Pacific Auctioneers ltd will try to be as accurate in the description of items and will try to disclose any defects if found or known. North Pacific Auctioneers Ltd cannot be held responsible for missed defects or misnomer.
A signed file copy of the FFL for the receiving gun dealer must be sent and received within 3 business days of the conclusion of the auction. Fax, E-Mail or notification of snail mail. If you have all ready sent me a FFL then notify me of such. Gun Buyers must be aware of their individual state gun laws and be able to own the gun being bid on.
If you are the winning bidder on a gun and your state does not allow that type of gun into the state YOU will be held responsible for your bid and charged for your bid and the gun will be auctioned at the next gun auction and the proceeds minus commission will be sent to you. The gun you have bid upon will not be shipped prior to receiving a signed FFL.

A Signed FFL is required all guns to Include, Black Powder, Curio, and “Relic”, we only ship the firearm to a certified gun dealer.
* GENERAL TERMS OF THE AUCTION:
North Pacific Auctioneers reserves the right to refuse service and or a bid card or bidders number to anyone for any reason at the discretion of North Pacific Auctioneers Ltd.
Notice to Bidders:
Marine Mammal Products such as Walrus Ivory, Baleen, Seal Skin, Whale Bone, Polar Bear Fur or any other such item cannot be purchased and shipped to anyone outside of the United States.
Guns purchased on the internet will only be shipped to a licensed gun dealer upon receipt of a signed copy of their Federal Fire Arm License. You have 3 days after the auction to fax the receiving gun dealers license to me at 907-258-0056 or email at email@example.com.
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults and with no guarantees or warranties. There will be no refunds or reduction of the sale price.
Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Bidder should inquire with the ring person or decline to bid if they are unsure of what they are bidding on. Once you have won the bid you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for the item.
The North Pacific Auctioneer Ltd. reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel are in the best interests of their clients, the consignor.
Should a dispute arise between two or more bidders, the decision of the Auctioneer shall be final and absolute
North Pacific Auctioneers ltd. is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against North Pacific Auctioneers ltd or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. North Pacific Auctioneers ltd will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. NPA reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to bid in an appropriate manner and in a way to gain the auctioneers attention. The auctioneer is not responsible for missed bids. Auctions are fast paced and waiting to long could result in loosing the bid on an item. For internet bidders we have proxy bid service where you bid your maximum amount and the computer will bid for you up to that amount. If you choose to go higher you can by bidding live during the auction either by the internet or in person.
Misnomer or incorrect description shall not entitle the bidder to a refund or reduction of the sale price.
It is the bidders responsibility to determine age, authenticity, count, and condition.
Internet Buyers will have an 18% buyers Premium. This will be collected even if you pay in person utilizing a credit card, there will be a 3% consideration for payment by means of cash or check.
All purchases must be paid in full before leaving the auction site. Failure to do so will result in legal action. Buyer agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred, including without limitation, reasonable collection and/or attorney fees.
Internet payment shall be by Visa or MasterCard.
Payment in person shall be in CASH, CASHIERS CHECK. Personal checks will be accepted at the discretion of the Auction Company, provided the printed address on the check matches the address on your Alaska driver’s license, military are excepted from this, for military personal that do not have a local drivers license we require your military ID card number, your current company address and phone number. Business checks may be accepted at the discretion of the auctioneer. Auctioneer reserves the right to hold PERSONAL and BUISNESS CHECKS & MERCHANDISE until the check clears. Buyer will pay for postage & insurance when the merchandise is shipped. Any handling, shipping, and insurance charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please be aware that shipping costs can be quite expensive for heavy and oversized items. There will be a packaging fee included along with postage/shipping cost. Items will be combined to lower cost.
Lots will be combined if possible for 1 Shipping & Handling fee. We use USPS Bulk Flat Rate boxes to ship what we can. We insure on lots over $200.00. Unless told otherwise. Shipping is actual cost plus $5.00 for coins & jewelry Larger items $20.00 Items under $200.00 will not be insured unless the Auction Company receives notice within 3 days from the close of the auction from the BUYER to do so. DUE TO SHIPPING COSTS FURNITURE AND LARGE ITEMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED, unless otherwise noted.
For larger items, shipping may be conducted via parcel post with the USPS to save the buyer undue expense. Be advised: when Parcel post is utilized the items will take longer to arrive at their destination.
All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns or refunds. Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a cancellation, return or approve a refund. However, in the case of a return the Buyers Premium and Shipping cost will not be refunded. If a winning bid is cancelled for any reason, and the winning bidder wishes to back out, a 50% (of winning bid) fee will be charged to the winning bidder (non-performer) to cover the costs associated with listing and the non-performer may be blocked from attending future auctions.

Shipping of returned items is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, any noted defects that have incurred while out of the custody of North pacific Auctioneers will nullify the ability to return the item. And the purchaser will still be charged for the item.
North Pacific Auctioneers Ltd will not consider complaints for any type of refunds beyond 30 days after auction day.
BIDDING ON ANY ITEM INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
