Payment Instructions: Your credit card will be charged within 48 hours following the auction for your total purchases including Buyer's Premium. We will attempt to determine shipping cost and charge them the same time that we charge for purchases. Your credit card may be charged a second time for postage, handling and insurance. If you are not local to the Dayton or Cincinnati, Ohio area, your purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 72 hours after auction. Insurance will be purchased for the amount of your total purchases unless otherwise specified. Ohio buyers are subject to sales tax.

Shipping Instructions: Winning bidders not located in the Greater Dayton, Ohio area will automatically be charged shipping and handling at the same time your invoice is processed or within 24-48 hours following the auction. We will be using USPS priority shipping unless otherwise requested by bidder within 1 hour of the conclusion of the auction. The minimum Priority actual cost is $4.60. This will be the minumum shipping cost if we use Priority. Again, we reccomend you contact us within 1 hour of the conclusion of the auction to change the process to ensure a different form of shipping. Furniture packing and shipping is the responsability of the buyer. We suggest that picking it up is the best option. We do not ship furniture at this time.
Preview Date & Times: A preview will be held on Wens. the 8th from 10AM-1PM.
Checkout Date & Times: Your credit card will usually be charged within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction. If you prefer to pick items up, you must schedule with Innovative Auctions, Inc. at (937) 847-8300.

All property is sold as-is and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Innovative Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representation as to accuracy. In no event shall Innovative Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. If we are selling coins we do not have the coins graded. You need to use your best judgement in determining grade. Additional images can be added to the listings if further inspection is needed. Just email the lot numbers that you want additional images taken of and we will post them in the online catalogue and/or email you directly. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Innovative Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Innovative Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Innovative Auctions is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Innovative Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Innovative Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid no less than 24 hours before the auction begins.
