Sale Method: Tracts 1-23 can be combined in any combination or in its entirety. Tracts 24-28 cannot be combined with any tract and will sell individually only. There is different ownership interest in some of these parcels and they cannot be combined. Tracts 29 and 30 can only be combined together, not with any other tract. Possession: At closing. We do have a couple of tracts with access issues being addressed at this time, and we will make announcements in those regards when we know the facts. Earnest Money & Purchase Agreement: Immediately following the close of bidding, the approved high bidder(s) will deposit with the Auction Company 10% earnest money and sign a purchase agreement with the Seller(s).
