There are absolutely No warranties or guarantees expressed or implied on any of the bidding. All items are available for thorough public inspection during a designated date and time. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Thompson Carr will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders at the close of each auction. Thompson Carr & Assoc. reserves the right to allow any employee of Thompson Carr to bid on any auction item if they so wish to purchase an item. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to all purchased lots. The credit card on file will be charged for the total purchase, if you desire to pay with pay pal please make arrangements prior to the end of the auction. Items need to be picked up on the designated day at the designated time. 2. Local Pick Up Only Items will not be shipped. These are usually large lots so please allow time to load and bring help. 3.Guns must be shipped to a FFL holder/gun dealer that will handle the transfer for you. Licenses can be mailed, faxed or emailed to our location. Guns will be shipped within 4 days of receipt of these licenses. Guns can be picked up at our location on January 31st between 2-6 PM EST. If you pick up the gun and have a FFL we will exchange licenses. Tennessee residents will need to complete a ATF Form 4473 and a TICS background check will be performed at our place of licensure 1148 Wagner Drive Sevierville, Tennessee. There is a $10 fee for each background check. Please contact Thompson Carr Auctions (865)774-5789 and inform them how you will handle the transfer of your gun purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a gun and at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun. 4. Items to be shipped will be subject to Shippers Instructions. 5. Items (other than guns) not picked up during checkout will be sent to UPS Store in Sevierville, TN. It is the bidder's responsibility to arrange pick up from UPS and pay any and all handling fees.
