However, Auction Michigan will not be held responsible for the condition or functionality of any item. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect items they are bidding on, intend to bid on and/or purchase. Any and all high bids on items are legal binding contracts, and all sales are final. All items are sold "as is where is", with NO guarantee, warranty, refund written, expressed, or implied. The condition of items may not always be known (running, working, etc.).
