Bidders with invoices over $2,000.01 will be e-mailed wiring instructions following the auction. Wires need to be sent within 24 hours after the end of the Auction. If payment is not received, Iron Horse Auction Company will attempt to collect by charging the credit card on which you registered for the full amount or any amount less than the purchase price. No item will be released, until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received in the Auctioneer's escrow account. BIDDERS PLEASE READ!! STAGGERED END TIMES Due to the large quantity of lots we have staggered the end times for all bidders to be able to place their bids accordingly. This means that 10 Lots will close every 5 minutes. The staggered catalog ending allows ample time to place their bids all while Extended Bidding is in effect. There is an option for the bidders to set the times ending soonest on the catalog to insure a bidder can see every lot close. Any items left after the last day of checkout will be considered abandoned and all rights will be forfeited. Please be aware of the scheduled check out dates and times. This is immediately refundable if you do not purchase any items and will be applied towards your balance if you are a successful purchaser. There will be a ten percent (10%) Buyer’s Premium added to final bid price to determine the final contract purchase price.
