There are NO warranties expressed or implied on any of the merchandise. Bidders acknowledge that by bidding they accept the auctioneers description when they bid on a particular item. Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders the morning following each auction.
