Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. High Plains Auctioneers is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against High Plains Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. High Plains Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Accepted method of payment for this auction is wire transfer. Bidder will be notified of wiring instructions after the auction has ended. All payments must be received within one business day following the auction. Personal or Company Checks will be accepted from on-site bidders if accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank, unless you have established recent satisfactory financial status with the auction company. This Letter of Guarantee must include the following: (Your Bank) will guarantee or honor your check up to (a specified amount) for purchases made at this auction. All purchases are subject to verification with your bank or financial institution. No items shall be removed until settled for. Immediate possession will take place upon proper settlement. Neither the seller or auction company are responsible for accidents, theft of items after bid-off. Announcements day of sale take precedence over any other advertising.
